A Word of Encouragement

This Bible verse has brought me through many tears and trials. I feel compelled to share it with you today.

"And the LORD, he it is who doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee; fear not, neither be dismayed." Deuteronomy 31:8

Keep trusting Jesus. He loves you with an everlasting love. Don't give up. He will see you through.

Why is this site called Anna's Place?

I feel a kinship to a woman who lived many years ago. Her name is Anna. The Bible says beginning in Luke 2:36, "Now there was one, Anna... She was of a great age, and had lived with a husband seven years... and this woman was a widow of about eighty-four years, who did not depart from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day."

I got married to my highschool sweetheart, Gerald Alan Kelly, on September 7, 1985. We would have been married seven years but he died suddenly on June 30, 1992. Even though my life has taken a different path, like Anna of old, I seek to serve God with all my heart. One of the ways is through the share and prayer ministry of Anna's Place.
